Wrote it down and going to take a walk to surprise the wife with it, thanks for the quick reply. Heard the New Moon Movie was good..that is the dinner discussion ....for the past few nights!
That's a big activity! Maybe I'll try it! How do find it...I am still doing the walk thing and it is working..so I am buliding up to a longer walking time!
By writing it down i was able to increase by 5 minute intervals! I can now do an hour at a time...now to get the kids to add music i like on their Ipods.
I really enjoy the walking and I have started to change up the route to keep me occupied!
I think I come across a form of this? I hate getting out of bed, it almost impossible, only the job that I may lose gets me up. I lose motivation at night, but I have introduced walking into my evenings as my time to be me and it is working well in getting more active and less depressed.
Looking good everyone! I recently upted my walking with the tracker, my goal was to get to one of walking a nite and using the tracker help me reach this..I may add more minutes!
It is hard to make the change over to the positive side when you used to the negative. Walking has opened a few doors for me. I tend to do most of thinking and organizing on my walk and leave the last 15 minutes for free mind time. Someone once pointed out "at the end of your day, name 10 things that you are thankful for"
Actually hit me square in the head and i do this every nite, it leaves me with a positive vibe!
I did set a goal to walk more as it relaxes me so much!
Work got busier and later and I didn't get around to it, to cold outside..
My wife is a genius ..she helped with my goal, last week she started the family walk every night, except for really cold days, after supper...half way through the walk she handed me my Ipod and told me to go and do my own walk and she would meet back at home.
