I'm in agreement with Goofy, you've got plenty of
great qualities that have already come through in many of your posts.
Have you started the program? The program and CBT in general are
fantastic methods to challenge some of your core beliefs and
assumptions. Have you ever tried to challenge some of your negative
thoughts? Keep challenging yourself to come up with 5 positives, there
are certainly plenty that other members have pointed out here. Every
small step, post, smiles is a huge accomplishment. Keep on embracing
these small successes and setting goals to work towards!
