Hello there MystikPamala!
Glad to see you picked yourself up and are ready to move forward! :)
My girls are 7 & 3. My youngest is almost 4 now, so I know how frustrating that age can be! Some days I think they are taken over by an alien and sent here to see if I can explode.
Although my kids are my inspiration for quitting, they can be my worst enemy too. I am a stay at home mom, so they are pretty much my world. I dont get adult time. So when I have had enough, the smoking thought enters my head. That is my weakness. I had to learn and re-learn how to cope with that. Now, when I am at my wits end, I come here. I usually just read, but even that helps. I also lock myself in the bathroom. Its the only place for complete privacy. I breath and talk myself down. I am one who can talk myself into anything! In this case, it is a benefit!!1
Stay strong. We are here for you! ;)
