i'm fed up. I smell bad.. my throat is like never before. My hair smells..my clothes too...
I had set the 1st of September but i can't wait so long. Wednesday i'm visiting a friend for one week. That's my quit date!! She used to smoke but after getting pregnant and having the baby hasn't smoked again. So,she will be a great help!
I'm done. I know it's going to be hard but i want to do it.These last 15 days that i'm smoking i realised how sick it makes me feel!
see you all

Kate,
Welcome back and congratulations on deciding to quit!
Take some time to look at previous attempts and pull out the strategies that worked for you and pinpoint and modify the weaknesses of your last quit plan.
Keep coping mechanisms, distractions and rewards at the ready in the days to come.
Keep us posted, we can't wait to celebrate your first smoke free day!

Glad to see you back. I know what you mean about the smell. That is one of the things that I like about not smoking. Someone once told me that smokers smell and I thought he was crazy, now I know I was the one that was crazy. You can smell a smoke a mile away. Have a great day!!!

Way to go kate!
you WILL quit successively when your desire to quit out weighs your desire to smoke...sounds like you're heading in the right direction!
