Struggling to cope with stress is a challenge most quitters face. Your not alone!
A few ideas
* Keep a journal, phone a friend, post here or find a counselor. Illness of family member is hard to deal with and it may help to let it out.
* Take a short break (an afternoon for instance) and do something for yourself
* Get up & get moving, activity may help you release some tension/anxiety
* Relaxation: hot bath, listening to music, getting creative, yoga, meditation, deep breathing or just sitting in silence.
* SINTA: Smoking Is Not The Answer
* Once you've taken a little time for yourself, do something great to cheer them up. This may make you feel better also.
