Josie
This simple thing made me realise that for all my clowning around(and I am a clown by nature)and all the help I have been trying to give to others I have been focussing myself on the negatives.
For all the probs and dilemmas along the way I AM A NON SMOKER AND AM GOING TO STAY THAT WAY.
Three Cheers for me from me!!
Thanks for all your help
Phil

Went on hols for 3 weeks and arrived back last Sunday.
Since I started quitting (August 9th) I have been marking off the days on my calendar so that I have a visual aid and incentive to carry on(sounds stupid but it helped)I allowed myself to tick off the previous day as soon as I got to work in the morning.
I JUST REALISED I HAVE NOT TICKED ONE DAY OFF SINCE BEFORE I WENT AWAY!!
Guess how good it felt to cross of 25 days in one hit and notice that the whole of September was smoke free!!

Phil,
Thanks for sharing! This is a good way to validate your quit and see your progression. What other ways are you validating your quit?
Keep Strong,
Josie
