Even myself, at 4 months, I'm still facing fleeting moments of craving ... I have crossed the river, from the land of smokers to the land of non-smokers, and have destroyed the bridge. However, that tricky nico-demon still runs after me ... :(
That's why, in my case, I'm not in a hurry to throw away my NRT aids (inhaler & lozenges). I still need them occasionally, as the last line of defence, when the tempting to smoke becomes too strong to resist, especially during this festive season ...
