Thank you guys soooo much for all of your advice and support. It really made me feel better. And the great news is that I made it to class today and got through it! I was dizzy, super anxious, nauseous, and very tense but I got through it and I didn't die LOL! I am happy that I got through it and I feel better about it now. As for starting the lexapro, I am trying to work myself up to taking it but I worry about having an allergic reaction, having some rare and deadly side effect, or side effects in general. My mom has MS and suffers from anxiety as well and she started it recently and was very sick for the first week and a half but stuck it out and it has really helped her,she said. This really makes me want to try it because her and I are alot alike, we are the only two anxiety sufferers and health fanatics and worriers, etc. Also, my psychologist and doctor think I would really benefit from taking it along with cognitive behavioral therapy and this website. I just need to work up the nerve to take that first pill. Any suggestions on how to make myself take meds would be great LOL. Anyways, thanks again.
