We are always here for you deb! I haven't posted in a little while, I came across your post and felt the need to just stop in and let you know that I am here, I am listening and I get it.
I am glad that you are coming to terms with your divorce and family issues. These things take time. I am glad to hear that you are making progress in this slow journey out of depression! We are here!
I just wanted to mention that I was having a difficult time sleeping until I made a few simple changes. The changes I made were going to sleep at roughly the same time every night, keeping my room a cool and dark environment and avoid eating right before bed. Since making these changes I have been getting really good quality sleep and ultimately I think this has helped me and my depression.
What a pleasant read Goofy...I was really happy to read this and hear that you went through with the weekends plans! Good on ya! Also, how exciting that you have another weekend planned too!
Well I sure hope that you found the papers you were looking for. I have misplaced important documents before and I know how frustrating it can be to have trouble finding them. Unless someone stole these papers, they must be in your belongings somewhere. Try to think about the various places it could be, at work, in the car,at home, in the briefcase, in another work bag.... hopefully they will turn up. If not, find out what the implications are and maybe in the future keep track of your documents with another system.....
I only say this because I have misplaced many files..... Let us know if you found them!
Thanks for these! I've been meaning to make a trip to the library. I will sometime this week or weekend and hopefully will be able to find these titles or perhaps another good read. If i find something else I will let you all know!
I would suggest to make really small achievable goals (short-term goals). Start from there and then you can start to have short-term goals and long-term goals. The short-term goals are what will get you eventually to the long-term ones. It doesn't matter how small the goal is, you will feel accomplishment if you achieve it.
