Weighed in at 190 this morning!!!
I didn't do much yesterday in the way of exercise- a little walking nothing I'd consider major activity. I was pouty yesterday and was actually hit by a craving- got through it OK, passed in 2 minutes- I hate to admit it was sparked by: my sweetie brought home Thai food. I was really hungry, I wanted some and knew I shouldn't, so I didn't. I hadn't put on my patch. I was hit with the pout and then the crave. Went and put on my patch and made myself lunch and all was well. Thinking back now I'm glad I'm making all of the changes that I am. It's just hard sometimes when you are around someone whose still doing their own things (eatting what they want and smoking) Anyway it will be worth it-sooner or later. I am going to be able see my weight loss-I thought I would see something after lossing 16 pounds, but I can't tell a thing. Being smoke free however I can definitely see an over improvement in my quality of life. It's hard to believe that when I started this whole journey I was clinging to the phrase I'd much rather breath. It should've been live...Definitely once I got into my quit it was like a veil had been lifted.

Kaitilina,
I'm still fluctuating. I'm trying to stay positive and keep myself calm. Weighed in at 196(down 4 lbs from the 7 I gained) I'm going to try to drink more water today. I'm not going to let it drive me crazy. I just need to remember 3500 calories is one pound. I didn't consume 24,500 calories plus on the day I took off. And yesterday I didn't have a deficit of 14,000 calories. I'm expecting to be back to where I was at (193) in a day or so*fingers crossed*.

Good Morning,
Weighed in this morning at 194. Almost back to where I was at 1 more pound to go... This morning tried a Kashi Go Lean Chocolate Peanut Roll 190 calories. Best bar yet in taste. Very hard and chewy you definitely can't eat this one quickly.

kaitilina-wow close to the same calories as you. I've been trying different bars lately-yesterday it was a snickers marathon bar (not bad) today it was genisoy protein caramel bar (liked it better)I usually don't do bars but my sweetie was buying all this yummy junk food when we went grocery shopping last- I had to get myself a few little things-biggest find was GeniSoy Soy Crisps 17 crisps 110 calories replaces my chip and dip cravings pretty well.
platinumbutterfly Congratulations on day one :)

Good morning,
I weighed in at 194. I think I am leveling off. Tommorow is my end of week. I hope to be 193 so I can atleast end the week where I began it.-Nothing lost nothing gained...
Kaiti-4 pounds I an envious... Keep it up.
windy-my big morning crave was JimmyDean sausage biscuits. I don't have those anymore... I use the bars when I don't have time to pack my morning protein for work. I usually do hard boiled egg whites. I am taking a little break from those. I'll be back on those this weekend.
This mornings bar was Genisoy Crispy Chocolate Mint-not as good as yesterday's Kashi's peanut roll, but OK. I've been sharing half with a co-worker in the morning for a second opinion.

Good morning,
So far the step down to the 7mg patch is not noticeable. I weighed in this morning at 196 -a gain of 4 pounds. I think it's water weight again. Hopefully it will be like last time -gain four lose six. It has started to seem like right before I lose any weight I gain a little first. I think it's kind of weird.
