Hi windy,
According to my web site to maintain my weight I should consume 2240 calories per day to maintain my weight of 193 lbs. Anything less than that is a deficit. The deficit includes calories burnt through exercise and the calories not consumed less than 2240. I have been trying to make my deficit a 50/50 split in order to lose weight in a healthy way. When logging my calories I include all I eat and log my activity separately. I am a slow loser and will be in it for the
long haul. I do however have a goal date. My sweetie asked me to marry him this December so we're thinking around September no official date has been set yet. I am wanting to meet his family. I'm hoping we can do that this Spring. I hope to weigh around 165, a healthy weight for me. I would perfer to be 150, but that may be out of the question because I have been losing so slowly. My really really big goal is get down to 150 and go shopping for a wedding dress. I do not want to be a fat bride. I can say this for myself I may be 32 but since I quit smoking my skin looks like I am in my mid 20's. I am loving it. I've never been carded so much...
Anyway that's my two cents and a bunch of other jabber.
Love you all and to our successes!!! :)

I did absolutely nothing for the third day straight. I definitely have to go to the gym tomorrow...Maybe even put in a little extra work.-Anyway highlight of my day was entering a tee-shirt design competition on my calorie counting web site. It gave me something to do during the Super Bowl. Super Bowl sunday is the unluckiest day of the year for me-I am so happy to have it over and done with...
Take care :)
